Turon Community Library partners with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to increase financial literacy of area children. Turon Community Library is pleased to present educational material offered by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau free of charge to fifty area children. Each will receive six story booklets about the Money Monsters. They are new to this universe and they have a lot to learn about money. October 9 6-7:30pm Turon Community Library Board is proud to sponsor and host Campfire Night, an evening of fireside festivities for children in third through sixth grade. There will be a hot dog roast, s’mores, games, and of course, stories; all around a bonfire in the Community Building parking lot.
