Santa Claus Is Coming To Town!

Turon Community Library is proud to sponsor Turon’s annual Christmas parade and party this year. Join us for festivities on December 10th beginning at 1pm. Community members can line the streets to watch the Christmas parade, and then meet in the gym at the community building to see Santa! There will be refreshments to enjoy while you wait your turn, provided by gracious community volunteers, for whom we are exceedingly grateful. Community Support Lends to a Fantastic Library Halloween

Thanks to everyone who contributed! On Halloween, Turon Community Library hosted a trunk or treat and open house. We passed out candy, played games, and dispensed prizes to approximately thirty area children, with a total of 78 visitors coming through the library that night! Thank you to everyone who allowed us to be a part of your Halloween festivities! What an honor and a joy to celebrate with you. We lined cars up on the east side of the building, hoping that would give trick-or-treaters a safer location from which to visit each vehicle.
